How I Feel on Day Fourteen of Keto
I’m happy to be done with my two week keto reset. As I’ve already said in other posts, I’m glad I did it, but I’m glad it’s over.
I hate tracking my macros. Tracking macros bores me and takes up precious time that I could use for other things – like work or working out.
However, I’m glad to know what low carb feels like. Now I have something to base my food choices on going forward.
My New Weight Loss Plan
I still feel motivated to continue my weight loss. As I’ve said, I won’t be as strict as keto, but I will continue with a low carb diet.
I’ve realized that I don’t need three meals a day to be healthy. In fact, two meals a day is sometimes a lot.
Intermittent fasting remains a part of my life, but I’ve tossed fussing over fat grams and calories right out the window.
Will I Do Keto Again?
Yes, I believe I’ll do keto again for a week or two at a time. Afterall, it provided me with an awesome reset. In addition, it jump started my weight loss.
I believe there may be times after holidays or stressful periods when I need to get myself back on track. I think keto is a great way to give my diet a healthy reset.
