As a woman in my forties I’ve spent decades learning about weight loss and wellness. That’s not a brag, however. The moments I’ve dedicated to anxiety over my weight equals a lot of wasted time.

That’s why I created How I Lost The Weight. Obviously, I want to share how I lost weight, but I also want to inspire healthy, happy eating habits in other women.
